This video is about Dr. Clemmont E. Vontress, who is known as the father of cross-cultural counseling. He is a notable figure when it comes to black therapist / counselors as he was a pioneer who created a lot of resources for people of color during the 1970's and early 2000's. His work is not really displayed in the world of psychology and has almost become a secret to most.

My mission here is to spread knowledge about a notable black therapist / counselor who has influenced the world of psychology and counseling in a numerous of ways.
